Introducing our new app, Calm Class. Calm Class is a teacher-facing app from Upward Together that delivers short social-emotional learning practices and prompts to help educators regulate classrooms and build a culture of calm.

What it is:

A digital library of short, daily SEL micro-practices + educator self care prompts. This includes art-based regulatory tools and a gentle AI classroom coach that guides teachers step by step.

Who it’s for:

School district leaders, Educators, SEL leads, counselors, and others seeking consistent, trauma-informed support without extra preparation, planning, or overwhelm.
