At Upward Together, we believe creativity and mindfulness are powerful tools for helping young people thrive. Our youth programs combine mixed-media art with simple mindfulness practices to support emotional health, resilience, and self-expression.

Through guided workshops, we help youth explore their creativity, manage stress, and build lifelong tools for confidence, connection, and clarity.

Creative Art Workshops

Hands-on experiences in painting, collage, drawing, photography, sculpture, and more — designed to encourage curiosity, expression, and emotional processing.

Mindfulness & Movement

Simple breathwork, meditation, and grounding exercises are woven into each session to support self-awareness and inner calm.

Combined Sessions

Our signature approach blends art and mindfulness for a holistic experience — helping youth express, reflect, and grow.

All sessions are led by trauma-informed teaching artists trained in both the arts and mental wellness.
