Upward Together Joins Wellness Benefit Fair for Child Care Providers in Visalia, CA

We’re excited to bring our creative wellness workshops to the Central Valley! Upward Together will be joining the Wellness Benefit Fair for Child Care Providers in Visalia, CA this week to offer two interactive, restorative experiences designed just for early childhood educators.

This statewide wellness initiative is a powerful opportunity to support the caregivers who uplift our youngest learners—and we’re honored to be part of it.

What We’re Teaching in Visalia

At Upward Together, our mission is to transform burnout into peace of mind through mindfulness and creative expression. In Visalia, we’ll be offering four trauma-informed wellness workshops:

Workshop 1/3: The Art of Letting Go – A Release Ritual in Lines & Color

Participants will engage in a stress release ritual using breath, color, and movement. This gentle art experience invites caregivers to release overwhelm and tap into resilience—one line at a time.

Workshop 2/4: Mindful Mandalas for Reflection & Calm

This reflective art session guides participants to create mandalas centered around their personal values, support systems, and dreams. It’s a creative moment of pause designed to promote balance and clarity.

Each session is designed to be accessible, calming, and energizing—ideal for those working in high-care environments.
